"I purchased topsoil from this company and they were great up until I had an issue. When I received my delivery it was NOT as many yards as i ordered and the load of topsoil i tarped the pile and started using some to fill in patches throughout my yard and added grass seed. Within a few days before the grass seed even started to grow I started to have Dog weed & Pineapple Weeds growing SEVERELY! These weeds have never been and aren't anywhere else on my property other then where I put this topsoil. I also spoke with a person of theirs from Facebook who apologized and did admit they have had issues in the past but was doing their best to eliminate this. Unfortunately I never got refunded for my order, discounted, nada. Plus on top of that I am now stuck with having to hire someone to remove this soil from my property! I disputed the charge with my Credit Card company but the merchant responded with lies of course so now im going back and forth with this still. Buy elsewhere. Some place that actually cares for their customers."

"BEWARE the cubic yard "bags" are significantly more expensive than just getting a raw material dump. They do NOT explain this price difference, or the pricing for their products very well at all either on the website or even when you are corresponding with them so beware! The products themselves are great, but you have to be careful about the pricing communication!!!"

"Premium top soil seems to be great quality and at a great price. Picked up with a pickup truck, the process was easy although a little confusing as far as driving through the grounds and knowing which tractor to park by. The window is a little slow, I can see it taking a long time to pickup if you have a few people in front of you, so come early if you're on a schedule."

"I was able to get the help I needed for my landscaping project here. I picked up some mulch and topsoil for some of my planting beds and flower gardens (and a couple tools too) and the staff was able to advise what I'd need for my project which I found super helpful. They also have a large assortment of stones and pavers that I browsed so I'll likely be back since I plan to put in a stone patio once the weather gets better in the spring!"

"They have amazing topsoil. It is the best stuff in the Middletown area and at 25 bucks a yard you can't beat the price."
