"I bought Polymeric Sand few weeks ago for my paver walkway and patio. I had previously used the beige shade for the same area. They told me they did not have beige, but the tan shade from the present stock would be closest. I bought 4 bags. When it was applied it was an extremely different much lighter color and not merging with the old color at all. I called today to see, if they would exchange the remaining bags and give me a darker color. The salesman on the phone said they have a no refund or exchange policy. This was never mentioned to me when I bought it. Stay away from this store for your brick or tile needs, specially if you are not sure of the product.."
"I've done business with Bergen Brick, Stone and Tile on several occasions and the service was always good. We're putting together a fire pit and ordered the materials, but just realized that a "less than pallet charge/strap" charge ($30) had been added to the overall bill. Have not seen that one before. It's not like these materials are inexpensive. And what happens when the next customer orders from the same materials lot? I'm willing to bet good money that subsequent customers will be subject to that charge as well. I'm sorely tempted to cancel my order and shop elsewhere."
"I walked into the showroom and was very surprised at the unfriendly greeting I received....I thought these were hard times for small businesses! The front desk person then asked another man to give us a tour of their yard. While I was asking questions, the employee took a phone call and completely ignored me. I waited for a few minutes and then walked out. I drove to Braen Supply——highly recommend them. The sales rep there was so friendly. She did not make me feel rushed and I actually felt like they wanted my business. I put my order of for 2k sq ft of pavers with them and can’t wait to have it installed."
"Needed a fireplace hearth made out of limestone in a custom size. In 2 days it was ready to be picked up and fit perfect!! would highly recommend!!"
