"Two years ago my condo ( Sleepy Hollow) replaced the siding on the buildings and we were able to get new construction windows. I ordered 18 windows of varying sizes from Viola and they all arrived perfectly fit to size. Viola was extremely helpful selecting the window, finish and customizing the size. I ordered these for my contractor as the middle man and had no idea what I was doing. Viola Brothers staff was extremely helpful, patient and ensured measurements were accurate. In the end, I was able to get new mid-range custom bronze color Andersen fibrex vinyl windows installed for the same price my neighbors paid for low-end white vinyl! Thank you Viola Brothers."
"Ordered a few yards of stone, I wasn’t there for the delivery. They dump it right on top of where I’m suppose to dig WTF! I call viola and all they say is sorry our drivers try their best to dump in the best location? WTF it knocked an hour off my job, and all they can say is too bad sorry."
