"Honestly I wouldn't even consider working here even if I was desperate. I went in for an interview for a delivery driver. They say in the ad that pay starts at "$18.50 an hour but can be negotiated based on experience". I have a CDL A but really don't want to have to deal with all the Federal DOT Regulations with the CDL. So I apply since its non cdl. I get there, we interview. It goes well. We talk about pay. I offered to start at $23 an hour bc of experience. Which is fair. They wouldn't budge over $18.50 an hour. And this is Westchester County NY and with inflation. I was making $18 an hour driving a forklift in Florida in 2019 LMAOOOO. And it's been 4 months and I still see their job posting up being reposted every month. AND THEY LOWERED THE SAME POSITION DOWN TO $18 an hour. Plus they make you work 6 days a week. No ifs ands or buts."
