"I've been a loyal customer at Diamond for a few years now. I loved Nancy so much I made my mom switch salons. Every two weeks we go see Nancy, Jenny and their mom at Diamond Salon. The shop is super clean, and so is their work. The prices are competitive, they stay current with seasonal color trends and give the best foot and leg massage with your pedicure, too. They work FAST but efficiently. I get a gel pedicure and have switched between gel, dip, or acrylic manis and an eyebrow wax. Nancy has me in and out in about an hour. EYEBROWS!!! I have the saddest little fair thin eyebrows and Nancy respects them. She cleans them up nice and takes off as little as possible. I can't say enough good things. Call and book your appointment."

"i went there after work hoping for a nice relaxing time and instead i got rushed and scammed out of hard earned money. we went in at 4:30, given their sign on the door said they closed at 6 they had told us they would still take us. 4 of my nails were longer than asked for so after asking her to file them down she just barely filed 3/4 of them for me. sides are lifting and my nails are wayyy too thin. never going here again. and on top of that she couldnt even do the pumpkin design i had asked for, which was a simple pumpkin on the tip of my nail. severely disappointed."

"HANDICAPPED ACCOMMODATIONS! My father is disabled (bound to an electric wheelchair) and lives on his own. He has come to this salon on multiple occasions for a pedicure, because he can’t cut his own toenails, and has been denied service each time he’s gone. At first we believed that it was because this salon did not take walk-ins, so today we made him an appointment at 4:30. They took his appointment and when he got there, he was denied a pedicure. After this, he had asked if they could simply cut his toenails. Again, they refused. I called and asked why he was denied service and they explained to me that they “did not have time” to cut his nails. He arrived at 4:30 and they close at 6 according to the website. Additionally I was told that he would “have to have a special person” cut his toe nails. After the call, I concluded that they simply refuse to accommodate handicapped guests. I’m sure if it was an able bodied woman requesting a gel pedicure they would find the time, but they couldn't even simply cut his nails while he sits in his scooter. They may have good reviews for nails, but this establishment is disgusting. Their google profile boasts a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, but that is no use when they do not accommodate handicapped guests. Again, truly a truly discriminatory and disgusting business."
