"Horrible all around. They dont answer the phone, rude and unhelpful when you do get someone. Forget the actual service takes 10 times longer than it should. Not worth saving $20 on a tire. Lesson learned!"
"Had a really difficult time getting a battery here. Wasn’t in stock the first time, but the guy was nice and told us other locations where they had it, but also that we could just call in on Wednesday when they restock. Decided to do the latter, and called in to check and the guy that answered was also nice and told us they had it. Went in person within the hour and a separate lady said they didn’t have it, was unhelpful and a little rude this time and didnt let us talk to the person from the phone and didn’t help us see if it was still available in other locations. Ended up going to the portchester location and found the battery, where another lady gave us no issues at all and was super kind."
"This is for Brian and all staff at this location. They are very helpful and accommodating. They repaired my tire on a short notice. updated：Yesterday, I revisited the tire center due to a bulge in my tire. The team at Costco's tire center promptly replaced it. Thankfully, the road hazard warranty covered most of the cost, so I only paid a small portion. Both the manager and the technicians were incredibly accommodating, even with my last-minute request."
"It took 5 HOURS for Costco to install my new tires!! I waited around all day and wasted an entire Sunday! They are constantly short staffed on the weekend and the customers have to suffer for it."
"Sam had excellent customer service and patience. Although there was a wait time with an appointment, he kept me informed. Some customers were very rude and he kept calm , kept apologizing and was very honest about wait time. The only downside I would say is that Costco should designate parking spots for tire installation appointments, because to have to find a random parking spot anywhere is bizzare and causes delays for customers and more work for employees to find your car ."
