"Horrible Experience! I've had better experiences with them in the past, but this was unacceptable. I placed an order for delivery because I recently had an operation and couldn't go out. I ordered a menu item that I always order at any chinese restaurant. When it arrived, we opened it, and it was terrible. The preparation was nothing like usual and it smelled like peanut butter. While I was annoyed, I politely called to discuss the issue and the manager was nice enough to offer a replacement to be sent to my home. So I put the bad one in the fridge and waited. 30 minutes later, I got a call saying that the boss requires me to come to the store to swap out the bad meal for a new one. I informed them that i was debilitated at the time and couldn't leave home. I also don't understand why I have to come to the store for an error that was made on a DELIVERY order. I didnt make a mistake. They did. They had no sympathy for my temporary disability and stood their ground. I asked to speak with the boss, and the boss blatantly said they weren't willing to speak with me. Unbelievable!"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! They charged me $1 to REMOVE vegetables from the pork egg foo young I ordered and IT STILL HAD ONIONS IN IT!!!!! COMPLETE SCAM AND STOLE MY MONEY!!! I called to complain, was placed on hold THEN GOT HUNG UP ON! I tried calling again and GOT DECLINED AGAIN. The third time I called they attempted to give me a push off $1 credit for my next order…a next order that WILL NEVER HAPPEN!"

"Didn't put the extra shrimp.i ordered in my food and then when I called they try to lie when I recorded a video. I am on the phone with them now because the manager thinks I would complain about $2 shrimps . Please review the video I am posting. Huntington Terrace Newark Nj Food is good, and staff is friendly most of the time. Delivery is late and unprofessional."

"I ordered from here about 3 times. The lady that takes your order was polite and took my order without a problem. The food is good and gets cooked in front of you, for those who like to see who handles there food. The have the best homemade iced tea I ever had, and the also sell fruit cups, like watermelon and pineapples. There is no seating, there is a ATM."
