"DD Nails is very convenient for me. I was able to get an appointment very easily for a pedicure. My pedicure was very good and relaxing. The man that I think manages the place was not very friendly. I did notice that the plexiglass at the manicure stations looked dirty and there was a very dirty rag on the floor. This salon could be so nice but it just needs to improve the cleanliness to make it more attractive."

"Definitely not what I expect for a $40 gel manicure. All of my cuticles are painted, the edges of my nails are rough, and there is debris/bubbles on several nails under the gel. My manicurist was very nice and definitely newer, but I’m not thrilled with my honeymoon nails."

"This gel manicure is the worst I’ve ever had. It’s incredibly uneven, the gel crosses over my cuticles, & the manicure was not done to the standard it should have. This place does not care to give an enjoyable experience to its customers. I’m not from the area & was visiting family when we decided to pamper ourselves before dinner. When I was finished I brought the subpar manicure I’d just paid for to the attention of the man with a mostly shaved head (I presume he’s the owner) & my only options were for him to fix it now or I come back later. After explaining to him that we were late for dinner (due to the abnormally long process to get a gel manicure) & I’m not from the area so I can’t come back tomorrow he continued to offer these solutions? I asked him for a refund as this is not a professional gel manicure & he gave me a $10 bill. Mind you the manicure was paid for on my card for about $30. The disregard for the abysmal manicure I received was astounding & I would never recommend this place to a friend. The owner doesn’t care to give customers the experience & service they’re paying for."

"I've been going to this salon for years my nails always look gorgeous but it's not worth the disrespect they give their customers. I've been loyal to this place and recently I have been treated horribly. Every time I come in I'm there for 2+ hours even tho i schedule my appointments in advance. I was here for 3 hours a few days ago and my nails chipped I come back to get it fixed and im told I need to wait. I've seen them fixed a chipped nail polish without making someone wait extremely disappointed in how they treat loyal costumers ( the photos are only two days apart my mail should’ve never chipped)"
