"I just got my nails done today and I absolutely love them "
"I have been going here 2 years. I have referred 3 people (family members to this place). I was not only called 4-5 times today from the salon while at work. My nail tech Joanne had no consideration for the appt I set with her for weeks now. She had the receptionist call me to confirm I confirmed. Then 2 hours later I had 3 missed calls to see if i can come earlier. I called back thinking what is the emergency they call me 3 times at work. I explained I had a funeral Friday and could NOT switch my appointment time. The receptionist stated she would see me at 6. The nail tech calls me for the 5th time this day at work to say she is leaving early and is not going or wanting to sit around until 6pm. Therefore cancelling my appt. A long time customer and someone who has bought business to this nail salon. I asked for the owner and was told they are on vacation. Very appalled by the treatment i was given, coming to this salon for so long now. I will not be going back to Joanne and i expect a call from the owners."
"I don't like giving bad reviews, but I was very disappointed. This was my first time going to this nail salon. I've had 3 different people do my nails. One of them was this new guy, and he did an awful job. An employee could see it in my face how disappointed I was, so she finished my nails. They looked horrible, and I was still charged $68. I'll never go back."
"Good nail salon. Not sure if they take walk ins but every time i’ve been they have been very busy so i’d recommend calling ahead. I got acrylic tips new set, 1 solid color and it cost me $45. As i’m writing this review, i got my nails done 3 1/2 weeks ago and only chipped one of my nails. I don’t regularly get my nails done, only for special events, but if i was going back for a fill, i would go back to luxe."
