"I’ll not going back there again. I used to get my manicure and eyebrows wax since I’ve moved back to Clark. Costumer service is terrible. I time I walked for eyebrows without appt and was today to wait and waited in tiny smelly room for like 20 minutes. Next time I’ve call to make appt for mani and went there on time and the owner says that I can’t have regular manicure done because I have UV gel. I’ve told her that she didn’t ask me what I have when I was making appt . She told me I can just go somewhere else so I left …. Terrible costumer service…. Wanted to support local business but not worth it…. Don’t waste your time and go so where else when they treat you nice!"

"I have been going to rainbows nails for a few years now since I moved to Clark. Never had a problem. First time making an appointment after work at 6pm on a weekday and their only concern was leaving. Mind you they close at 730, a gel manicure and pedicure takes not more then an hour there ever. I rather they said no so I could have gotten a decent manicure elsewhere. The gel was stuck to my skin. Sides of all my nails on one hand are missing the top coat. Spots missing an even layer of color. End of my nail has no polish on it. This wasn't a mistake, they just didnt care. Pushed my hand back further and further everytime to put my hand under UV. Apparently I wasn't moving quick enough. From a far the nails don't look terrible but I doubt this will last longer then a few days. Waste of money. Won't go back."
