"One night I walked into a shop FULL of employees, some busy and some just sitting around and I asked to get my nails done and was basically rudely ignored, until i kindly inquired again and was told no one was avaiable. I quietly left, never to return. Don't know what that was all about. But I wouldn't refer anyone to go there."

"I’ve been going here for years, since the last 3 owners. But every single time I go here something is wrong. I had my appointment for 6 pm. I get there at 5:55 pm and of course Maria is double booked. Now Maria is working on me and the other girl who needs her nails soaked. I came for a gel pedicure. Once she was finished cleaning my nails she had someone else paint them…. WHO DIDNT KNOW HOW TO PAINT NAILS. I kept telling her the nails look patchy. She let me know she paints hands not feet and doesn’t know how to paint toes. She then passed me to another lady. Mind you the owner came in. But instead of asking me what’s going on she asked the lady doing my nails. This owner doesn’t know how to run a business. At all. Be present more often and ask your customers. The third lady didn’t finish my nails so I had to wait for Maria. The time is now 7:20. I came for a pedicure why am I there for over an hour. It’s not like I got the mini massage at the end. My nails are painted thick from the first girl. And the only thing fixed are the big toes. If you are charging $45 for pedicure at least make sure your staff knows how to paint nails. At this point I was there for 1 hour and 45 minutes. And wasn’t even offered a courtesy discount for wasting my time. I left with thick painted nails and wasted time and money. This establishment has turned into a joke. Save your money. Go somewhere else. The owner doesn’t care anyways."
