"Most worst experience ever I wouldn’t ever go back I walk into the shop letting them know I was there for waxing and I paid though Groupon she goes ok you show me when finished we go to register after so now I go in the wax booth I take my stuff off long story short I’ve been getting waxed for a while and this was the first time I waited after 3 weeks and with that being said she decided to not do her job correctly after I told her specifically I don’t like and didn’t want to use the hard Suger wax I prefer the strips but instead of her listening to her client she tells me oh no it’s to much so I have to use hard wax so now im like ok she didn’t wanna really do her job worst service ever I will not be going back and still after my wax was done I’m at the register showing her the Groupon voucher specifically asked her is this what I have to show you she goes yeah that’s it so I click redeem now and then try to say she needed a code that was there In her face the whole time after 20 to 30 minutes she decided to use the code I told her that was it multiple times and it worked for her to still charge me a fee after I paid through Groupon I will never go there again worst service I’ve ever experience and don’t even listen to the clients"

They took a lot of time and care with my manicure even though it was the last time slot of the day and they were preparing to close down for the evening. Would definitely go back. One week later no chips and still looks great."
