"the worst experience i have ever had with any kind of business. I have had insurance with this company now for two years. they sent me a bill out of no where after we paid for a year in advance for $53.00. when i called to make a payment after giving up on my agent from Yardley insurance who could not give me an answer why i got a bill for $53.00 when nothing in my policy changed from the previous year. When i called directly to Merchant Insurance, it took two days to finally get someone and it was only in the billing dept which made me feel real good that i am finally going to get an answer. i was blown away when the lady on the other line answer was: I am just here to collect money i don't know why you got a bill the only one who can answer you will be your agent ( who i could not get on the phone for three months now ). so I gave up and said the hell with it just take the $53.00 so i don't loose my liability insurance, then she is telling me that it is $54.00 when i am looking at a bill that states $53.00 I hope to god that we never have to have a claim because if they cant answer you why they printed a bill with your name on it imagine if they had to pay you, god help us. I am currently shopping and the minute i get a new offer i am out of here. this is a disgrace of a business operation. three months Devin I have being waiting for a call. Do you feel comfortable when your clients pays bills they not suppose to. I would love to know how much commission you get out of this $53.00 that you are hiding behind the phone."
