Mountain Ivy Nails

"My niece got her nails done here, they did not apply the job properly and put a towel over her hand that’s messing up the entire manicure, it was right before holiday and we did not have time to get her nails redone, so we asked them to please takeoff the nails, they wanted to charge us another $10 to remove the nail polish. Again this was gel so she was not able to just take it off when she gets home herself. Very unpleasant owners. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had. This was also not the first issue I had with them, a lot of the times I got jealous they came off within 2 to 3 days . When I ask him to correct a nail while still in the salon they would have major issues, rolling their eyes, huffing and puffing. Really don’t recommend wasting your time here. Just thought this would help."

"Mildred took 1.5 hours to give me a regular gel manicure. You would think with that amount of time the manicure would've been perfect, but the end result is so disappointing (see image below) I've gotten manicures and tips here in the past. The tips never last more than 5-7 days and the Gel manicures are the same. Very disappointed every time I go, not sure why I keep going back to be honest."

"The customer service that I received in this salon was terrible. I got a manicure and didn’t want them to charge my card extra to tip (for every $5 you tip, they charge your card an extra $1) on my card so I told her I could come back with a cash tip. The owner then proceeded to point at the woman who did my nails and told me to “tell her.” I declined to follow the her instruction to which she refused to swipe my card so that I could leave. The conversation escalated to which I demanded that she charged my card so that I could leave. She finally charged my card and said, “I hate when people do this.” Then I was followed out into the parking lot by both of the women and stared at as I drove away. I will not be returning to leave a tip or ever get their service again. Later that day my gel manicure also began to bubble up which is something I’ve never had happen. Overall extremely poor service and quality at this nail salon. Save yourself the time and go somewhere with better reviews."

"WORST EXPERIENCE!! The owner Hannah is BEYOND rude! I have never been treated so bad at any other salon as she was to me. She literally kept walking around yelling at me and others about up charges and how our technicians were taking too long. So nasty that I left with my nails only soaked off after an hour and skipped out on a new manicure! I payed double going to another salon then continue to sit and hear her being nasty, totally unacceptable!"

"Terrible business. Do not waste your time coming here , the owner does not care of the customer service just the volume of jobs done . I had an appointment booked to get my nails done with a picture of the style I was looking for. The nail stylist was accommodating in doing what I wished however before she could finished the owner rudely interrupted her stating “ this is taking to much time we can’t do this” . I was forced to do a solid color and not the French look I was expecting. Not only did I not get what I asked for but then I was charged $100 for a job that should have been $80. Again I cannot believe how unprofessional this “ business “ is , they only care about pumping in and out as many people as they can for money. The job actually being done is of no concern to them.
