"I usually come here and have a wonderful experience. I had a manicure today and I had leftover henna on my fingernails. I told the worker three times in different words to make sure she understood me that I do not want her to file the henna off. No matter what I did, she didn't understand me and filed it right off, leaving my nails looking scratched up. I love going to Best Nails and it hurts me to leave such a low rating, but this outcome isn't acceptable. I've been noticing burrs for the past hour."

"So happy to find this place. Staff is super nice, place is very clean. Nicole did an incredible job with my chrome nails! I love them. She's really dedicated and focuses on getting the designs to look right on your nails. She's also upfront about her opinion in your choice of colors or what would help stand out more. Really appreciate that! Definitely worth the money, lasted 4 weeks. I also got a spa pedicure with gel, that massage was wonderful. I'd recommend the services here to anyone."

But, afterwards, I saw someone pay with their card… The second time, the same thing happened, and they made me pay in cash.
