"My husband bought me a $50 gift card here for Mother’s Day. I used it Saturday for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Spent $30+tip extra ($85+ tip) The nails were uneven and bubbled. One nail polish had chipped by Sunday. I called on Monday and let them know I’d be coming back in to get it fixed as soon as I could (2 kids at home- hard to do) went back in on Wednesday to get the nail fixed. They painted it the wrong color… proceeded to tell me I MUST have brought the color in with me, then it’s the same color but I MUST have been in the pool so now my other nails are faded. Even another customer agreed with me- it wasn’t the same color. Then they said they didn’t have that color but they can paint the rest of my nails the New color for $20. Having just got them done 4 days ago I said absolutely not. I already thought spending $85+ was pushing it. Finally, I found the color and she fixed the one nail. What should have been easy and quick took a long time and very frustrating. Felt like they were trying to get an extra $20 out of me. Will not return!"

"I have been going to this salon for a long time, but unfortunately after today I am unsure that I will return unless I am able to book with a different stylist. I usually receive a really nice manicure with a clear coat of polish for $12. Today, I was given a painful manicure with a buffer for $17. Four of my nail beds were bleeding when I left, and they are still hurting now after a few hours. I don’t understand why this is the most I paid for the worst service I have received here. I am usually very happy with the quality; today I am disappointed."

She did a beautiful job on my nails, even kept asking if she was hurting me, I have very sensitive skin so this was especially appreciated.
