Lavish Nails

"After waiting almost an hour I finally sit in the booth and there is no small talk or anything. I then show her my inspo picture and repeated what I had left in my booking notes “medium length with white french”. some how she cuts my nails short and then after an hour of her cutting my fingers with the drill she draws the white french on my index finger and i’m disgusted. Don’t offer french if you can’t do it. I’ve never left a nail salon so disappointed in my entire life. A waste of $50."

"Worst manicure and pedicure. They had no idea what I came in for, no one told me anything about where to go. Booked everything online a month in advance so it wasn't last minute. Pedicure chipped in 4 days! It's like they didn't even put a clear coat on which honestly they probably didn't. Manicure had asked me 3 times after I told them I wanted to keep my short nails. I hate long nails, stop asking if I want tips. Then just let me sitting there when I was supposed to get a manicure too but they didn't even design my nails like I booked. So I complained as anyone would. Then she came over, did bar minimum of what I asked and so basic it looks like a 5th grader did it. And they wanna charge $25 for what? If you know someone can't design nails, why would you assign them to someone who booked an appointment with nail design? Absolutely the worst."

"Chloe is a very talented manicurist, she is super patient, super meticulous, super polite. She drew me cartoons on my nails I got a lot of compliments. Chloe is capable of doing all the craziest drawings you could ever want. You will never be disappointed when you come to her. She takes her time and focuses on what she does. Of course, you have to make an appointment with her, she doesn't takes walk-in, they only accept card payments.
