"Took longer than expected for my daughters fill and to do a dip-mani. The woman that worked with me seemed rushed and inexperienced (she burned me a few times and cut into my finger almost drawing blood). Overall we liked the final product. Not sure we'll be going back.."

"UPDATE: Changing my review.... they are incredibly inconsistent & started charging me different prices every time for the same services. I still stuck it out for a bit- but I'm done. They pushed me too far when I brought my own gel nail polish & they charged me extra. Ridiculous. Love it! This is my 4th visit & I held out on reviewing before I was sure. Leane gives a great & even gel fill & Leo is very good at the pedicure. So happy to have found the right place after visiting terrible nail shops."

"The girls were extremely nice here, however the girl doing my nails was new and didn’t have much experience. I tried to tell her that they were uneven but even when she tried to fix it they still weren’t right. I didn’t want to hurt her feelings and after being there for awhile just wanted to leave. I called back to speak to a manager in hopes someone else could fix it but was told she was not in the country at this time. I think she needs more experience before charging people for her services. Or simply tell the customers if she isn’t comfortable with this type of service. I will go somewhere else to have them fixed."

"My favorite tech left a Middletown salon and I needed a last minute appointment and was referred to here. I saw all the reviews and though wow this place looks great. I got in with the owner and arrived 15 minutes early and was given to another person (w.e not a big deal all I asked for was a gel manicure with design and hoped I was being passed off to someone who could do that) I usually bring a Pinterest photo since I'd never been here I brought a simple sunflower on the ring finger the guy started my manicure and proceeded to cut my finger and not say anything about it. He painted my nails and they came out bumpy like if I had painted them myself, and he struggled with the flower and then chose to use cherry red for the petals, I told him I didn't like it and he was annoyed and took them off. He came back with foil press ons which cool but not what I was going for and not greatly executed pieces of fouls didn't transfer and it looks spotty. He didn't even use cuticle cream just lotion and messaged, the owner took a quick look and said very nice so I'm assuming this is what they put out. I know I got a last minuet appointment but I was there for an hour for a gel manicure with a design on one finger per hand. For $31 I'm not impressed. My one nail is like matte and dirty from the dust from taking off the red sunflower the one women pointed it out to him and he said something to her I didn't catch. I also had to go home and file my nails, they were very jagged and just not smooth. I guess it's back to searching for my go to place. Update: by Monday my nails were peeling, the foils started to peel and by Wednesday not even a week later it looked like a 3 week old manicure. One week later they are cracked and peeling."
