"I'm almost on Level 4 so I've been shopping a lot at Adidas. This store is off my shopping list. They're a study in frustration when looking for sizes. I've mentioned to store personnel in the past that it's frustrating to shop here because the hanger may have size M while the garment may be size 3XL. Staff seem nice, but aren't really helpful. On my last visit, my daughter found a really nice jersey on the Clearance rack but the store personnel told us it was part of their exclusive Wales Bonner collection and NOT a Clearance item. That was understandable, but instead of removing it, he left it right there on the Clearance rack so someone else could make the same mistake. That made NO sense to me. Worse, I also looked diligently in Clearance and found a great running shirt with a red tag for $9.95 but when I got to the cash register, I was told it had been "tampered with" and was actually $21. This wasn't the first time this had happened, and I've seen it happen to others. They seem to have some great deals, but since I can't trust if they'll honor those great prices, I'll stick to the Houston Street store in Manhattan or the website. In either of those locations, I know the deals I find won't change when I check out."

"Nice store . Less crowded than Nike .. but not much of sale on good stuff . Really good t shirts don’t go for less . They had Man U originals but again - no discounts . Wish they had atleast 20%off on those . Love their shoe sale though . Nice variety of shoes . Billing is slow , just like any other shop in this mall. Average experience overall .."
