"We enjoyed our food and drinks here. The service was great. The inside was small but there was a lot of space outside too. The food came out quickly. Also they had a happy hour when we were there with 6$ margaritas!"

"Definitely a gem that I did not expect. Came here to grab dinner before a movie and was blown away by the food. Chilaquiles we’re on point and the margaritas were delicious. A fun vibe inside and I’d definitely come back to not rush it next time. Would recommend if you’re looking for a spot in the area!"

"So enjoyed a delicious dinner here with friends in a warm day over the Memorial Day weekend before a movie at the theater around the corner…the waitstaff brought the food we had ordered quickly and in the most beautiful presentation - everything tasted fresh flavorful and healthy… we enjoyed the Spanish music and the friendly atmosphere … A baby shower was taking place in the room adjacent to our table and it was a sweet friendly vibe all around… thankful for a great meal with friends at such a sweet place…"

"Found it! My new menudo home! After a long search, finally its over worth the wait. Here's the story....lived in TX 14 years, ate menudo for lunch, then I moved! 10 yrs later, I've found my love again and I'm overjoyed to share my experience. Love the atmosphere. My kind of place. Let's gets to the food. Chickpeas with beef tripe basking in spicy chili broth. 2 words Yum-my, down to the last drop. Smothered with fresh onions, cilantro and lime with warm corn tortillas. The staff is welcoming and shared an interesting history on the menudo soup. This will always be my favorite Mexican dish. Next was deep fried chicken tacos drizzled with cojito and crema, then topped with fresh tomatoes, cilantro, onions. I dipped these in my soup once the corn tortillas were finished. For dessert was freah churros woth chocolate sauce. A perfect ending to a lovely dinner. This is food to enjoy and to share your experiences. El Mero Mero is my new Mexican spot. Thank you for your kindness and attention to detail. This feels like home. Top of the line. The best in NYC!"
