"Didn't get anything near the haircut I showed Christine... initially or after I asked her to fix the jagged layers she'd given me (which was my fault for "changing my mind") Asked for a thinned out A-line, left with a chunky bob. Highlights we're gold in some spots, ashy in others- very unnatural looking...and an inch away from my scalp in some areas! She had an unprofessional attitude when confronted with an adverse reaction. And believe me, I merely pointed out the steps in the cut and she got super defensive. Overall terrible experience. Waste of 3 hours and $100."
