"Got traveler's insurance and this office was made my point of contact. There were quite a few issues like names being taken off our insurance (randomly, they even admitted they don't know why it was removed) then they demanded we pay to put them back on, they never sent the correct letters to our house so we missed important notices (this never happened when we used other insurance offices), and they overall dropped the ball on a lot of things. They also don't return your calls. They're nice and friendly, but it was frustrating having to navigate when they made mistakes. It was a lot of extra work on my end."
