"I'd been here twice before, both times excellent. But then their main loctician left and the service they offer now is beyond basic. They wanted to shampoo and style my hair without using conditioner after. And then still charge the same price as before. Then be rude and dismissive when I complained. I'm sorry but the health of my hair comes first. I'm never going back here. It's too bad because Maame - the old loctician was excellent."
