"Staff isn’t friendly! The girl with the purple and green RUDE! Luis, you had a lot of facial expressions and barely wanted to help me, you came off as If I bothered you. I know, I went on a Black Friday but I felt so rushed and was given bad customer service. Dr. Martens are such special boots/shoes.. the store staff should be more helpful and kind to people who are looking for their dream boots. I still got mine but with a sour experience. Thanks but no thanks"
"Carlos, Liz and Jelly were fabulous. Bought my first pair a couple of weeks ago, honestly only because of their amazing service. Jelly and Carlos were so patient with me as I tried on multiple sizes and styles, and gave me such assurance in being able to rock these shoes. It was clear they all had the passion in what they do and they were just all so welcoming, to everyone that walked in. Amazing experience!"

"Their shoes are crazy awesome . You can hardly find footwear this far out and eye catching in any typical shoe store. The design and artwork applied to this footwear is really unique and special. They're not cheap, but if you want to stand out or make a statement then check out Dr. Martens. Staff is helpful and courteous."
