"The 1 star that I am giving is for customer service, and it's only because there is no option to choose a zero. I can never get to see these dentist because the few times that I booked and confirmed my appointment I was then told that i don't have an appointment. My appointments cancelled without notice. Seems as if my appointments were cancelled out and given to someone else. I am still trying to figure this out. It is very upsetting. I booked my appointment around the time of my vacation at the most convenient time and now I have no appointment. And when I tried to find out what happened to my appointment I am communicating with someone who acts as if she is lost and have no idea what she is doing, was laughing aa if something she found something funny and told me that I was never booked when, my appointment was confirmed. So I was booked. How could a reputable hospital like Mount Sinai have someone who is short on customer service skills represent them. Especially when I ask to speak with a manager and she tells me that she is the manager. Which was said underneath her breath as if she was whispering, so hard to believe that she is really the manager. But I was completely baffled. I know that there has got to be a professional beyond this, and I wanted to escalate it, but I didn't feel like wasting my time. I have booked with NYU dentistry. They are more professional in the customer service dept and seems way more reliable. Mount Sinai Dentistry will continue to loose customers because of their customer service. Such disappointment. Who has the patience. These people are playing around with people's appointments and wasting people's time."

"The worst customer service at the front desk at Oral Surgery department. I came in to my appointment 20min late (on Dec 12, 2022 9:20am) and I understand it was completely my fault if they couldn’t take me in. But since they had only 2 people in the waiting room and I just needed a consultation, I asked if I could sit and wait to be seen by anyone and I was told the next appointment would be 2 months from now. The nurse came out as I was talking to the front desk, and she was willing to ask me questions about my concerns and pain, the front desk lady stepped in and was talking to her about me in a rude manner in front of me! Unacceptable. She sent me to the Mount Sinai Emergency next door, and they said oral surgery department sends everyone there and obviously they couldn’t help because they didn’t have dental. Horrible experience. Would never go back and advise to find to go somewhere else if you have options. People should never work in care profession, if they don’t know how to at least to be nice to other people."

"I work at Mount Sinai, and have been coming to this practice for a while. The worst. The receptionists were very rude and unprofessional. Their pediatric recently left and they canceled the prescheduled appointment without properly notifying us. Docs are ok, but the admin there are crippled."

"Dr. Adam Nusblatt has been great. I have going to him for almost 2 years. He was recommended by two coworkers. I am grateful because I am very nervous when it's dentist time and I have been quite comfortable in his care. The staff are great as well.. friendly and courteous!"

"Such a great experience! I dread going to the dentist, but Dr. Perez was fantastic, made me feel so comfortable, and my sessions went by so smoothly! The staff is super nice, efficient and very helpful."
