"Josh and his whole team are amazing. I hate going to the dentist. But the experience at NYC Smile Spa was different. The young lady who took pictures of my mouth was delightful. Then the man who cleaned my teeth with the drill did his work with the thoroughness of a diamond cutter! After that, Josh and I made a game plan to make my teeth look beautiful. I am super excited! When I left the office, I felt like a new man. Trust me, if you go see Josh for any work on your teeth, you will not regret it. I thought I would never say this, but I cannot wait to go back and see my dentist!"
"My experience from the first phone call to walking out the door at my first visit was amazing. I went in with a plan just to fix my chip tooth and decided to make them my permanent dentist office. Front desk staff was great, doctors assistant was great and Dr.Krochak was great I love a doctor with a plan and he definitely made me feel comfortable with my future treatment plan."
"Everyone says they have the best dentist, hygienist, wonderful office staff…, Well, in my opinion they are all liars! I’m so very comfortable in Dr Krochak’s chair. I have complete confidence in him. Obviously, I’ve been going to this practice approximately 20 years+!"
"I bought the Groupon teeth whitening treatment with discount. However the front desk said there was hidden fee not collected from Groupon. The technician overall was nice tried a few times to turn on TV for me, but she didn't suction inside my mouth only outside or upper the teeth, too much saliver in my throat that I had to swallow , which burned my throat. she suctioned 3 times but didn't put it in my mouth even I opened wide. I wished she could prevent that. At the end, the front desk asked 20 percent of tips total paid amount that was not worthy. Not recommended this office. thro swallow"
