"The office is very clean and welcoming, staff was friendly enough. My issues with this office was the actual service and undisclosed fees. I had 3 fillings done with Dr. Wang and all 3 did not take. I couldn’t chew on the left side of my mouth due to pain. I scheduled an appointment and mistakenly wrote it down in my calendar for an hour in advance of original time. As I was driving in, I received a charge of $300. When I called and expressed that I could still make it in, it was my mistake, they claimed they could refund me $100 of the $300 if I still came in late. This price is outrageous. I’ve never been charged so much for a late appointment. When they tell you there is potential charges with cancellation they don’t tell you how much you’ll actually pay when you sign the agreement. Beware of this when scheduling. It also took the office quite some time to send me my radiographs. One minor thing that also prevented me from trying again with this office was the slight humiliation caused by Dr. Wang and staff when I had frequent restroom visits. It was embarrassing enough that it was happening but even after mentioning I was just tested for my A1C and would potentially have diabetes, the bedside manner was not there. They told me I’d have to situate that because they can’t adjust time to account for that in my next visit and suggested I’d pay to get gas to be put to sleep so I didn’t have to get up in the middle of my fillings. I’m sure there are other dentists here who are lovely but I personally didn’t feel comfortable coming back here."

"I had a fantastic experience at Sky Dental and luckily came over on a recommendation. Switching over from another dentist, I had lingering apprehensions and anxieties going in for a long overdue second opinion and exam, but my experience with the entire team here went above and beyond to make it comfortable and stress-free. Even before heading into the office, I missed my first train and expected to run behind by 10 or 15 minutes. I called in, nervous that I could lose my appointment slot, but the front desk was so kind and professional. They just let me know to come in when I could, and depending on how long it took me to get in past my appointment time, we might just not be able to get to all of the scans that day, But they were also very reassuring and let me know that because I submitted my forms ahead of time, I also saved 10 minutes of intake formalities in the office. This alone set me up with a good first impression of the team here. After arriving and checking in, I was brought into the exam room and was first greeted by my dental hygienist for the day, Leslie. We started off taking x-rays and scans of my mouth, but not before Leslie asked me if I had any concerns before starting that she could pass along to Dr. Newman. After my scans and x-rays, Dr. Newman introduced himself. After going for my appointment, I have to say that not only is Dr. Newman skilled, but he is also very compassionate. He listened attentively to all of my concerns and he carefully addressed each one with me and provided personalized care exceeding my own expectations. At no point did I ever feel like my feelings were invalid or like anyone was dismissive of my concerns, which is something led me to switch over from my previous dentist. I highly recommend Sky Dental for anyone that is looking for first-rate dental care. This office has such a warm and welcoming environment. Everyone here is so attentive, and with genuine care will listen to any concerns you have. I love the transparency here as well; from your treatment to out-of-pocket costs it's all available for you to review or even take for a second opinion. I'm happy to have given Sky Dental a try and I already have my next two appointments scheduled."
