"Arrived at store at 930am. There was no wait. They took me at once. The staff was very friendly. The place was very clean and lots of room to sit if you were waiting to get waited on. Not like the one in Hamilton Marketplace where they have only 6 chairs to sit on."
"I get a haircut here every 6 weeks like clockwork. Not only do the associates provide fast and high quality haircuts, but the staff is so kind to their customers! As someone who works in a client-facing role in the financial industry, I understand how frustrating some clients can get when interacting with those working in the service industry. I applaud the customers who are patient and kind to the associates, and I encourage the customers who aren't the nicest people in businesses and public places to keep a cool head and think before they act or speak. Again, the hardworking staff at this Great Clips is amazing, and I recommend other gentleman get a haircut here!"
"Pretty sure cori solarski was higher then a kite. And shes a manager?!? Smh. Never again. Nodding off the entire time. Does anyone drug test anymore… Reply seen. I will email text messages from your employee as well and what im guessing is her junkie husband as well as the rest of the info i have. Id count your tills the days she works too"
"Beware. They will cancel you from wait list with out warning. When I checked in online it said 55 min wait and it will notify us 15 minutes before my estimated time. I did not even get the 15 minutes warning text and when I arrived on expected time my name was off the board. Very next day when i went there were few name after me and they disappeared from the list as soon as they checked me in. Staff here’re do want to work and cancel you from waiting list and insist system cancelled you where’ iit doesn’t happen in other great clips."
