"Disappointed, had been visiting this location for almost 4 years but never got the treatment the way i got it today. During my prior visits, i was charged three times and i was told then I will get next2 free cuts, no issues with the first one but when i went today i was told that they will no longer honor what was given to me in writing. I asked for a manager and the lady told me she is the manager. I asked her to give me in writing and she said she will not, I left the place without getting hair cut as i don't trust this location anymore. BEWARE"

"First time at this location having gone to other locations with not the best results. The shop was quiet, music wasn't too loud. Laura was pleasant, offered suggestions and cut my hair as per my request. I love my cut! First hair cut I have been happy with in a very long time. Thanks, Laura!"

"Walk-ins not welcome. I came in around 10:30am on a Saturday morning for a haircut for my son. As I approached, an employee was sitting on the bench outside (no problem there). I smiled at her as we walked by - she looked at me blankly and followed me in. I was surprised to see there was not a single hairstylist nor customer in the place - the woman from the bench seemed to be the only one working there. She mumbled and was hard to understand, but from what I could gather, it sounded like if you didn’t have an appointment, maybe the hairstylists were on call and would only come in if someone came in? (Which seems strange for a Supercuts - I used to be a regular customer at other locations, and never made an appointment) She tried to make an appointment for me (for later today? Or tomorrow? I couldn’t make it out). Instead, we went to the Supercuts on Route 1 in Monmouth Junction - we were in and out in 20 minutes, and the kid looks great."

"Had my doubts about a chainstore barber shop but so far I had two cuts and they were spot on! Much better then the "local" men spots. Also took my 16month and 4year old here and they both were looking great after!! Veronica was the stylist and she was fantastic! Patient and kind with the kids. She also cut my hair. All while being proffesional with a couple folks that walked in. Highly recommend!"
