"I had a horrible experience at this salon. I sat for 5 hours just for my hair to unravel from the twists because it was done incorrectly. When Jackie was told about this, two hours after I left the salon, she tried to place the blame on me instead of admitting her employee’s ineptitude. In addition, she knows that I don’t live close by and was unaccommodating. She refused to work with my schedule and got mad that I wanted to come on Saturday to have the braids that unraveled retwisted. She said it would take too much time. Her behavior makes me wonder how she’s been able to stay in business for so long. She is extremely unprofessional. If you don’t want to get ripped off, go elsewhere."
"Over prices for braids. When asked how much it would be to redo the curls of my braids, she responded with “ill tell you after im done” because she knew she was gonna overcharge like she always does. She Charged 50 dollars just to redo the curls of my braids!! (I didn’t even get my braids done by her)"
"Jackie is the best hairstylist i’ve ever been too hands down. You can show her any style you’d think would be difficult and she makes it happen. I wouldn’t go to any other hairstylist Jackie will always finesse my hair."
"If you want to look like red carpet star, let Jacky do your hair. I came from Maryland to do my hair. She definitely knows what she is doing. I love my hair. Weave with closure."
