"There was a bleak time in my life when I believed there was nothing more to a haircut than a pair of uncaring hands and dull scissors. Since making the switch to Bangz, and giving the reins over my haircare to Solei, I can attest, that my days are brighter, the sun feels warmer, and I have found the general mood of my life to be profoundly more positive. At the time of writing this, I have gone to Solei three (3) times, and each time I have gone in to the salon with a reachable expectation of how I imagined feeling with a new haircut, and left with even my most fantastical dreams of appearance met, and even exceeded. All three haircuts have been an exercise in masterful profession, attentive service-ship, and maestro-esque work. I eagerly look forward to my next appointment, and next adventure with Solei."

"I came here for the first time today and I am absolutely blown away. Not only is the salon stunning and the amenities super thought through, but my haircut is perfection. For months I’ve been growing out one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received, so I was naturally a little nervous. Natalie was so great and spent a ton of time asking questions about my hair and walking me through exactly what she was doing. I love it and now have the confidence to wear my hair down again. I will absolutely be back!"

"Very disappointed! I made a reservation a month in advance and I even called the day before to make sure it was still good to go. Despite covering all my bases they called me the day of my appointment to tell me it was cancelled due to their masseuse calling out…3 hrs before we were scheduled for the service! They offered to reschedule but why would I even bother? They ruined a month of planning and I had to call my cousin (who’s from out of town btw) apologizing that her 30th birthday weekend was ruined! If I could I would give them 0 stars! (Edited to reply to their response: No one told me that option as they just vaguely said to reschedule. If the phone rep took the time to explain what options I had then I wouldn’t leave a review cause we understand that things happen (especially during COVID/Flu season). This response just felt like a slap in the face since I would’ve told my cousin that option to save her the trip since she’s 2+ hrs away from town. I recapped my full experience so everyone is aware because I was really looking forward to visiting this spa. Thanks for the offer but after experiencing all this, we’ll pass. Have a good rest of your day :)"

"I was in desperate need of a haircut, so I checked out BangZ and am so glad I did! Gigi was phenomenal. She listened to what I was looking for and asked questions to clarify and make sure she was doing what I wanted. She also made some recommendations for styling and care. Loved her upbeat and positive attitude! Also, Elena did an excellent job washing my hair - little scalp massage was amaze! Will definitely go back."

"Well... I came here by seeing this place in a top spa in NJ in multiple blogs and sites. It was a deep tissue massage. The place is underground and small men's room and women's room. The massage room is a nice, good space. The check-in process is quick. I had a good experience but the only problem was because of not cleaning properly or sanitize the place I and my wife got a throat infection. Massage and oil was a good and nice quiet place. In total price a little bit more than what you get. I have been in other places in New York City and cheaper or the same but get a better offer. Still recommended for a one-time experience or if you want something close."
