"Why are the only positive reviews from people who WORK for the company???? I seem to have the opposite problem that many other reviewers had. Instead of leaving a note on the door stating they missed us the guy just walked into my backyard unannounced while I was sun bathing! Only stopped to say something when he realized I was there. My MIL was inside (and thankfully noticed him) and came out to speak with him. He never knocked on the door, or rang the bell. WE DON'T EVEN HAVE GAS!"
"I was due for my gas inspection and had a hard time getting a Coned rep on the phone. I called Reconn and the call center was not only friendly but absolutely helpful. I set up my appointment and a technician came out a week later. The technician found some corrosion on the pipe and my husband asked to speak to a manager since this was never an issue in the past. The supervisor in the Queens area drove up promptly and explained the entire process with a smile. She was great. Coned came out the same day to make the repairs and we passed the inspection. Excellent customer service."
"Such a great place to work. Great supervision and a great work environment. The supervisors are very understanding and will try their best to help you out in any way. The training staff is very knowledgeable and want you to get all the training possible. Also, a great place to advance if need be. I’ve had the opportunity to go and work out of state for the company and had a great time doing so. All in all, this is one of the better places to work in NY."

The experience and knowledge gained by working here just leads the way to other greater opportunities that may have never crossed your thoughts before.
