"The staff was nice but extremely unorganized. The dentist was so concerned with the insurance being run and my awareness of the cost that he started our service 30 minutes late, waiting at the front desk while they competed the insurance verification. After beginning the service late and extracting the first tooth he asked if we wanted the second done because it was late and they close shortly. I responded yes in which he did do it but in my opinion it should never have even been a question as we were there for both, scheduled as such and their poor planning of the day should not reflect on us. I ended up paying out of pocket and not billing my secondary as to just wrap up the cost concerns and get treatment started."
