"You know, I just left this store…. I really try to give the store a chance I really do but every time I come here it is the same thing. Unpleasant staff , Several of the associates are at the register not doing anything but joking and laughing loudly , when you walk in they don’t acknowledge you, they don’t say hello, Don’t ask you if you need help. When I paid for my items the cashier was so unfriendly and unhelpful, it was so obvious he didn’t want to b there…but this is every time I come here…this staff is in need of customer service training asap!!"
"I went to this store two days ago, the lady that works in the front is extremely rude. I asked her the price of something and she yelled at me to look it up. Then when i was going to pay she tells me to give her my ID to scan it, I never understood why she needed my ID to buy some shoes for 35 dollars in cash. Then she began to ask me for my email and when I asked her what would she do, she yelled at me: "TO GIVE YOU MONEY, MONEY, MONEY, I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU 10 DOLLARS FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY", when I told her i wasn't interested she got upset. In all stores they ask before if you want to subscribe, she was subscribing me without authorization. Zero for customer service, that lady doesn't even deserve a star."
"The store is great! And the staff EXCEPT KARINA (the manager) she talked loudly to an employee while I was waiting for her which I found unprofessional and rude, she was also very insistent on entering my information after I told her I was not interested and to finish the day she did not verify the box (after going to get the shoe) and I drive back home (20min) I had to go back to the store, to find that SHE DID NOT EVEN WALK OUT TO APOLOGIZE FOR HER MISTAKE. but the employees there were awesome and very nice with me, but I really didn’t appreciate her attitude, pretty sure if one of the employees would have been the ones who made the mistake she would have walked out to embarrass them and write them up. Other than her the store is great and the rest of the staff is great!"
