"Should be ashamed as they advertise $20,$30 off and then when you reach the register they tell you that you don't receive a discount unless you buy any other brand other than Nike. So there we are at the register looking at each other like ok , what now. Of course the children have their heart set on the sneakers they have chosen , so my choices are minimal. So I ask the employee is there any other discount? And the reply is no sorry. We'll this will be the last visit to famous footwear for this family. So upset that nothing could be done. Staff was nice but their effort was disappointing."

"The people here were super helpful, and genuinely nice. It was very clean and organized, and the prices just couldn't be beat! I always have a very hard time finding shoes that are both stylish and comfortable. I needed a new pair of heels for a wedding and I tried multiple stores. I found the PERFECT PAIR here and even found cute booties for fall as well. Finding ONE pair is rare for me, let alone TWO. I couldn't be happier!"
