This review is specifically for Ashley, who accepted a last minute appointment from me to address recent color to my hair that I was not loving. She was patient in explaining options and truly listened in regard to what I was trying to achieve. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and feel so much more natural and "myself," yet still got a little wow factor with the touches. She is really an artist who is very intuitive and observant about what will look good on her client."

"I was having the worst day today. It was a crazy emotional day with my young clients. I was in Asbury Park and decided to walk in and there were 5 angels. One cut and styled my hair. Nothing is by chance and I am so incredibly grateful to the universe that I walked in . Jaime was the most down to earth and loving individual. Women really need to know about this salon. The owner was equally as compassionate. We need to celebrate women owned businesses that lift up others the way they lifted me up. Not only did I get an adorable haircut but my spirit was lifted as well. You will not regret meeting this team . Oh and it smelled so good in there. I have found a new home."

My hair stylist, Laura, was incredibly attentive and tailored my entire visit to meet and exceed my needs and expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, the service that I received was just fabulous. I was greeted with a check in that included a hot tea and fresh-of-the-hive honey. The consultation I had with Laura was so personalized and she truly listened to the changes I was looking for in my visit. Can I just pause for a second to shed light on the euphoric head spa experience they provide at Artemis?! Dim lighting, aromatherapy, scalp massage, soothing music... Cannot compare with any shampoo I've had in my life. Just incredible. The attention that Laura gave me, from the color, shampoo, cut and blowout to the care she showed during our lengthy conversations that rivaled therapy sessions was exactly what this mama needed to feel refreshed, rejuvenated and recharged. I wish I never had to leave. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a positive and uplifting space for anyone to experience. I appreciate each and every one of you!"

"I can’t even put into words how incredible the experience at this salon is, but I will try! Walking into the space took my breath away. It is the perfect space for relieving anxieties, and feeling truly safe and welcome. Warm lighting and relaxing smells are only a fraction of the sensory heaven that this space has created. I was even made a fresh mocktail for immunity. Ashley is my hairstylist, and she never disappoints. She informed me of the products they use, and I was so excited to hear how they were vegan, cruelty-free, and earth & body conscious. This is definitely the salon for you if you care about what goes into your body and the earth! They have such a talented team of women- I can’t wait to return for some other services they offer like breathwork, massages, and headspa. I also (very much) appreciate the display and sales of work from local artists. I cannot recommend this place enough!!"
