"I fell ill with covid 2 weeks ago and the same week I found out I postponed my dental appointment to a later date. Unfortunately, later my baby fell ill as well despite my best efforts to quarantine away from her. I was frantic and worried about my baby's health and so I did not get to postpone the appointment I made due to taking her to doctor's visits multiple times. I spoke with Jenny at the Medford location who said since I didn't call this time to postpone I will be charged a $50 fee. I explained everything that was happening with my baby to her, made it clear how sorry I was and was even willing to provide proof in the form of covid tests and hospital bills to show there was very good reason I didn't get to call and postpone my appointment. Jenny then said when my baby got sick, I should have called first thing to postpone. My BABY was ill but the first thing I was to do according to her was call as if a dental appointment was more important than my baby's well-being. Jenny, I know I'm just another name on your patient list but you were uncaring and insensitive, and to say you work in health care and customer service is a travesty."
