"I would love to give this place a lower rating. It was one of my worse experiences going to a hair salon. I had an appointment which I was on time to, with one of the stylists, Eva, that a friend had recommended me to. I had waited an hour and some change after my appointment as she had done two possibly three other women during this time I was waiting, even though I had set up an appointment. After waiting for so long she had finally gotten to me and I finally got the wash and sitting in the chair, I had shown and told her exactly what I wanted, the hairstyle was on the shorter side but had length to it still. I had trusted the process until she had told me she had to step away for a moment and I had become very shocked by what I saw. She had made my hair into a pixie cut! far shorter than I wanted it to be at all. Through my state of shock, I had not said anything, paid for my haircut, and went on my way. You can't add more hair after cutting this short. Not only that but the place was highly investigated, covered in smoke from the hot curlers and irons, and a strong smell of nail polish. was not even worth 25$ at all."
