"Dr. Merke is very professional, and very, very kind. I came to him as an emergency patient on a Sunday (straight from the ER with an infected broken tooth!) and needed an extraction. I was terrified as the previous 2 dentists I had been to were not able to get me numb. Dr. Merke had seemingly no problem with getting me numb and refused to work on me until he knew that I was comfortable. He even offered to try to save the tooth, which absolutely blew my mind. The office explains things to you, including how payment works with the insurance, and makes sure you are 100% comfortable with everything before they do it. I can't imagine going to another dentist after Dr. Merke!"
