"I am a first time patient of SN Family Dental. I had not been to a dentist in over ten years. I had and an emergency type situation, a broken rear molar and extreme nerve pain. (darn popcorn!) They were able to get me in right away. I was greeted with kindness in the office. The staff made me feel appreciated for coming to them. After the examination Dr. Rai discussed options with me. We decided to have an extraction done with bone and tissue grafts to close up the hole in the jaw and gums. Sunali in the office went over step by step what would need to be done, called my insurance to check what would be covered. We were able to look at costs before any work was done and I was able to determine a payment method that works best for me. I had mentioned to them that I need to be on a work virtual meeting in a few hours. They were prepping a room for my extraction while I was speaking with Sunali The extraction and grafts were done in house in what felt like under 20 minutes. The office called in scripts to Milltown Pharmacy and I was back home in time to make the work virtual meetings I had to attend. This visit has made me a regular patient and my entire family will be soon patients of the practice. The main reason why is because you can tell they care. Remember kindness is free and the staff is freely giving it to everyone walking in the door. If you are a person that has not been to the dentist in a long time, I highly recommend this practice. They are not judgmental and talk to you in a compassionate manner."
