"While I am very happy with the services I received at Oakwood Dental I do have an issue I want to make people aware of. I paid over $2500 in out of pocket expenses in less than 1 year. I paid these expenses in increments over a period of time during my care. I always paid in full before my work was completed. When I recently completed a special cleaning service that cost $1200 out of pocket (insurance does not cover the procedure). I was told that if I had any other services that were not covered by insurance, I would be required to pay in full at the first visit. Payments over time is not their policy. I have been a patient for many years and never dragged my feet on payments. There is no notices posted about this in the office. I feel like it was a sort of smack in the face after being such a long standing and consistently paying patient. Dr. Camille is great and so is Nicole the hygienist. Thank you for the great care."
