"I've been a patient for many years. And Dr Olin is by far a fantastic dentist. Unfortunately he has fallen victim to bad office management and bad communication FROM his office. I had unreturned phone calls and several unreturned emails dealing with different things (quotes for procedures, being charged for things that my insurance covered, and having to wait months for a refund)This went on for months. Not to mention the mishaps that went on when they "changed billing companies" and I was suddenly hit with bills for past procedures because "they billed the wrong amount". Its unfortunate. Moving on to another dentist. Were it not for the fact that he's a great dentist there would be one star."

"The Dentist did a great job with my 2 year old, which made me happy with the service. However, the front desk staff is so unpleasant that I truly did not want to cope with the rude customer service just to get a dental service. I found it better to go to another office. I'm not one to knit pick on a business, but it made me uncomfortable the few times i went there."

"I had been their patient for 11 years. They usually send msgs a week before regular cleaning appointment asking you to confirm it. I didn't respond to that msg because I was too busy and didnt want to confirm. Received a call from someone very rude who claimed where was I since I had a scheduled appointment at the time. She also claimed I confirmed the appt. I told her I didnt confirm and asked her where did they received confirmation (on msg, email etc.) She said she cant find out but was insistent that I confirmed and now will be charged a fee for missing the appt. They will not provide any proof in the case of disputes or even value you as a long time patient and not be rude. I will find another dentist. Edit 03/15/2023: I was contacted by Dr. Olin and he agreed this should not have happened and that they need to introduce changes to their workflow so this kind of thing does not happen again. This is a good thing that they are receptive to the feedback and willing to change. As a result I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars."

"Was treated by Rushi Kothari, DDS, who I highly recommend to anyone that has sensitivity issues. He is gentle and goes above and beyond to ensure his work is of the best quality. This was the first dentist that did not mind taking longer to ensure everything was perfect by taking multiple x-rays during the procedure and reassessing his work. I honestly can’t see myself being treated by any other dentist in the future."
