"We were in for some football and the place was busy but a great place to watch the games. Lots of big TVs and football fans. The new place is beautiful from the decor, food and service. We sat at the bar and had a number of appetizers that were great! Food was really good! Service was exceptional! The bartender, Joanna, was brilliant! Very friendly and prompt with some great cocktail suggestions. She made us some French and then espresso martinis. Delicious. We'll be back!!"
"My wife and I decided to give the new location a try. We called ahead to see if there was a wait. The hostess said there was about a 20-minute wait. She took our names over the phone. We arrived about 20 minutes later and were seated immediately. The place was nice and mostly filled with local people. It was friendly and relaxed. Service was prompt and attentive. My wife was uncertain if she wanted the IPA, and the server brought a sample for her to try. I had the Sheppard's Pie while my wife had a turkey burger with sweet potato fries. The food was good and served in a reasonable time. The only downside was that the music was a bit loud, and we had to wait a bit for the bill to be settled. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. The menu was diverse and not just "bar food." A would recommend and will likely return."
"Can’t go wrong with their wings. Overall, I’ve never had bad food here. I consider myself somewhat of a chicken wing connoisseur and Bridie’s wings have been consistently the best of all of the wing places in NYC. What also pushes them over the edge for me is the blue cheese which does not have that cheap potent blue cheese taste, and is slightly more creamy in taste."
