"Dr.Bloom very rude and unprofessional , he is not compassionate and does not try to find the best solution for whatever dental issues and concerns you are having as a periodontist ……you should try to make your patients feel as though there is hope he makes smart comments he does not try to build relationships with patients I felt very uncomfortable I will never go there again or trust any of his recommendations I will go to two more periodontist before making any finial decisions."

"I’ve visited twice to this office. Upon arrival the presentation is awful. The windows to the fronting to the building is flirty and also the doors leading into the office. The assisting nurse was unwelcoming and Not friendly, A very uncomfortable environment. I wasn’t suctioned from the water that filled my mouth, while the Dr. worked in my mouth. My face, neck and clothes was soaked with water. That, I had to use the suction to reduce the water myself . The nurse wasn’t always in attendance. After the dr. Worked on my mouth, they sent me over to a dirty sink to rinse my mouth out with water and not mouth wash.. I didn’t get a care package. Sent away wet and mouth feeling absolutely DIRTY!! Never will I return.. a flirty office"

"I went for X-rays and a cleaning and was told I needed to come back 2 more times to do a deep cleaning. No problem there, but as Dr. Bloom was way-too-briskly polishing my teeth (and missing most of my mouth), he commented, "You should have had braces when you were a kid." Well, seeing as how my teeth were fine as a kid and only started crowding due to my wisdom teeth being impacted in my early adulthood, I don't see how his comment makes any sense. Additionally, wouldn't a dentist understand that wisdom teeth should be removed prior to putting braces on? Before I left, he made a comment about wanting to cut the frenulum between my gums and upper lip. Of all of the 30 years I've been seeing a dentist, not once has a dentist ever suggested this. I have a feeling he saw that I had Medicaid and had an opportunity to suggest additional, unnecessary dental work to pad the bill. I cancelled my future appointments and will be going elsewhere for my dental work. Dr. Bloom came off very rude and abrasive and I would much rather trust my teeth to someone who doesn't make snarky comments while my mouth is full of dental equipment."

"This dental office is truly amazing! I very rarely have to wait long in the waiting room. I am well entertained by the TV during my brief wait as well as during my time on the chair.The office is very accomodating when it comes to scheduling an appointment. The staff consists of very friendly people. And the dentists are gentle and explain their procedures so that the patient understands what is happening. I highly recommend this team to anyone in search of a dentist in the New Jersey area!"

"Very great and professional office. My family has been coming here for about 7 years now and have never had a bad experience. From the receptionist to the dentist everyone treats you really well and informed. I have an 8 and 4 year old that are also seen by Dr. Bloom and Pinkster. They like coming here believe it or not since the office makes them comfortable. I never really wait longer than my appointment time. They are flexible when I cant make my appointments and always get me sorted out. Very clean as well. I recommend this office to anyone looking to try a new dentist."
