"If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely worst place to get your oil changed. Terrible service, the woman working on 7/6/19 and the manager on duty who did nothing to help the situation are inept at best and criminal at worst. I came here to get a quick oil change (this was a mistake). I'm in the lobby waiting and then the woman comes in and says that my filters need replacing, I say no problem do it. 15 minutes later she comes back on and says I'm all set. Charges me 217.78 and at this point I have no invoice or idea of why it's so much but I go with it. Once I get my receipt and notice a 79.99 charge for a fuel injection service I did not agree to or want. I went back in to speak with her about this and she proceeds to dig through the garbage for a piece of paper she claims to have shown me with prices circled. I again say to her I wanted an oil change and agreed to have my filters replaced, that she never mentioned this fuel injector service, she just says that I agreed to it and that it was circled on the paper she showed me. I ask to speak with her manager at this point. He comes over and she tells him that I didn't say anything when she rang me up, to which I said it was because I didn't have a bill or invoice and wasn't sure why the amount seemed high. So I wanted to review my receipt before I over react. I looked at it for a minute noticed the OBVIOUS 80.00 overcharge and came immediately back in. The manager just smugly stated that no one gets a bill before they pay and did nothing to rectify the situation. Don't go here ,go somewhere with trained professionals and not shady crooks. Literally don't deserve this one star at all."

"Castrol has been my exclusive oil change spot for about 10 years and for probably 5 different cars. I've been coming back because of the great service and because of the discounts and credits. Even the busy times (Sat and Sun mornings), they're pretty quick. All prices are posted so there are no surprises. I usually forget, but there is an ongoing Groupon discount too. Also, free water and coffee."
