"I hate to give bad rating to a place that has good ratings. I need to be honest I paid $1550 they kept my car for two weeks and blamed me for not coming to pick it up. I never got a text or voicemail, until he desperately calls me and tells me “why haven’t you picked up your car if is been here longer than a week ready ” I felt so embarrassed my intentions wasn’t to wait weeks. When I finally went to pick up my car it wasn’t in the shop looked like someone went on a joy ride because my bumper had a hole in it. Remind you he didn’t tell me that had happened. I found out after I left the parking lot. Very unprofessional. At least he paid for the bumper damage. Super thumbs down!! Giovanni usted tiene que tratar la gente mejor que eso!!"
