"Taxi driver took my 80 year old Disabled mother’s walker, he drove off before she could get it from the trunk and when the base was called they wanted her to pay to have it returned. It was the drivers fault not hers . Elder abuse !!!! Horrible service !!! Take their taxis at your own risk!!!! ."

"I called this morning a car arrived as we proceeded to university on our way to 114 and Amsterdam for chemo I spotted a roach on the passenger door, I figured ok it’s ny but as the drive progressed I noticed roaches crawling up the back of the drivers seat all on the floor literally all over I then realized there was coffee beans placed (the myth it deters them) which let me know that the driver was fully aware of this . I called back to dispatch to make them aware and was placed on an extended hold. I felt as if this was a normal occurrence and not a big deal unfortunately to me it was"

"It is incredible how you spend your money with incompetent car companies like Excellent car service. I was a costumer for many years and the services they provide has deteriorated. The dispatcher tells me the cab would come in five minutes. The cab actually came twenty minutes later and with excuses. Traffic, the dispatcher gave him the wrong address, etc. I called the base to make a complaint and I waited for fourteen minutes on hold. I called back and asked why I was left on hold for so long and they hang up on me. I called again and they left me on hold for another five minutes. The cab they sent also didn’t have a TLC license. The plates were from jersey. They are so unprofessional and incompetent. I had a job interview and I got to the place half hour late. I didn’t get the job to say the least. Don’t trust them. You’ve been warned."
