"I went for a haircut and got butchered. I came in with hair long down to my bra line and came out with short layers just below my shoulders. Layers upon layers and thinned out taking away ALL my highlights from balayage and had the nerve to give me a card saying I can come back and get color at a 20% discount. It’s going to take a couple of years to get my hair to where it was before. :’("
