"Had an appointment today for 1.15pm for a pedicure, followed by a 2pm massage. Arrived at 1.05, was asked to wait and then led to a pedicure chair and told the pedicurist would be assisting a bridal party and be back shortly. Soaked my feet for 25 minutes, while the chair leaked water, which was remedied by throwing two towels on It. As I was running out of time I put my shoes back on and asked the receptionist if this happens often, she assured me that it didn't so I told her I'd be happy to come back for my 2pm massage since the pedicure clearly wasn't happening. The lady assisting the bridal party who was supposed to do my feet never came back to check on me and was still busy at 2.15 so I'm not sure when my pedicure was supposed to happen. I went to grab coffee and arrived back at the salon at 2pm. I was told front desk was going to grab the massage therapist for me.... ten minutes passed. Another lady asked me what I was here for and I explained I was told earlier my massage therapist would be ready at 2. Five more minutes passed ... I had enough by then. She apologized and said she would slide a note under the door for the massage therapist. I left. As I was about drive off she called me and informed me the massage therapist was ready now. I literally asked her if she was kidding me. She apologized profusely. Can't speak to the actual services provided but the leaking pedicure chair and the dust on everything didn't give me any confidence. Who let's a new customer sit around for almost half an hour for a prescheduled service and then another 15 minutes?! Mind boggling."

"After making several attempts to reach out to this salon to make an appointment, I have chosen to go elsewhere to support a business that actually cares for my business; one with a dedicated, front end receptionist. Let me go into detail on my experience here. I have left several voicemails and never once got a return call. I left everything they needed, such as my name and phone number to call back. I finally decided to stop in to see if they were still open and they were. I waited at the front desk, where there was no receptionist. I ended up trying to speak with the owner regarding my experience and she completely ignored why my phone calls were never returned. Instead, she wanted to profit off of my presence by trying to sell me product that I didn’t go there for. I don’t recommend this establishment due to the fact I was completely ignored."

"Assigned female was very thorough and patient and respectful in doing my manicure and pedicure. I definitely will come back again to braid my hair with her only."

"Giannetta was so much fun to work with! The ladies in my wedding party (about a 15 people ranging in age from 4 to 70 with a range of skin tones and hair textures) reserved the salon for the morning of my wedding. Janet, the owner, made us fresh banana bread and let us bring food and drinks. We had a blast getting ready together. The space was big, clean, and comfortable. The Giannetta stylists and makeup artists had great energy and attitudes as my chaotic crew descended upon them. We had partially figured out the services we wanted but requested all sorts of changes in the days leading up to it and the day of. They rolled with it and figured things out on the fly. In the end everyone looked so gorgeous, and we felt beautiful! Major shout outs to Dominque, who did my bridal hair on my wedding day and my hair trial, and Janet, the owner, who did my makeup. Stevie was also wonderful to coordinate with leading up to the day. They are even shipping me the items we forgot and left behind. Love Giannetta, highly recommend, and would definitely work with them again. Thank you!!!"
