"At the accident site, Tony arrived with tow truck and a huge attitude. He was rude demanding money. I called for clarification once they towed our BMW and Tony was screaming at me on the phone. I wanted to get my car out of there. Both Tony and Glen kept saying why it is going to be totaled. Long story short my BMW is being fixed. They are rude and incompetent stay away!!"
